We have a 30 day returns policy. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We can only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us of any defects or damages immediately upon reception or as soon as you notice any defect or damage. If you wish to exchange your faulty product for a new one send us an email at customercare(at)laponie.com.

If you fail to pick up your order, your order will be returned to us. We will issue a refund, and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Yes. At check out enter the delivery address of the person to whom you are sending your gift. Please note, at this moment we are unable to provide gift wrapping.

N.B. Due to the impact of COVID-19 impact on warehouse picking and shipping, we might occasionally face delays of 2 working days in our delivery times
At the moment, we ship to countries in the EU, to Norway, to Switzerland and to the UK. For shipping to other countries, please contact us at customercare(at)laponieskincare.com.
Please note, that the final purchase price may change when you enter your delivery address. Please note, that at the moment, we offer only standard and priority shipping.
For Finland, we provide free shipping on all purchases over 25€. For orders under 25€ you will be able to select a shipping rate of your own choice.
Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
For EU countries we provide free shipping on all orders over 50€.
On orders below 50€, you'll be given standard and priority shipping options at check out.
For EU countries please allow 2-7 business days for delivery, and for Norway, Switzerland and the UK please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Norway: Please note, that Laponie will not cover any customes or duties on your order.
UK: Please note, that Laponie will not cover any customes or duties on your order. Please note, that for our free Trial Sets, we charge a flat shipping rate of 10€ to the UK.
Switzerland: Please note, that Laponie will not cover any customes or duties on your order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email, usually within a maximum 3 days from ordering.
When your order is available for pickup or is out for delivery, you will be notified by respective courier. Please note, that should you fail to pick up or receive your order, we will issue a refund and deduct the cost of return shipping from your purchase.
